Call meeting to order:

Routine Business:

  1. Approval of Agenda
  2. Reading of Minutes from December 12, 2017
  3. Treasurer’s Report


Old Business:

1.      Collapsing structure, Block 7, Lot 7, 110 Zeliff Ave. Sherman collapsing structure

2.      Animal control

3.      Christmas Party

4.      A 2nd reading of the amended budget ordinance

Open floor to Old Business

New Business:

     1. Set salaries for year.

  2. Appoint Town Clerk, Treasurer, Paper and City Attorney.

  3. Rental of table and chairs, and fire hall. Table and chairs can be rented for $10 and the fire hall can be rented for $20. Rezoning applications cost $50.00, ten dollars for application and twenty dollars for each add. 

  4. Publish board vacancies two consecutive weeks Jan 15 – 30.

  5. Earliest date to begin petition circulation and earliest date to file nominating petition is 4th Friday in January.
