The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday June 1, 2010 @7:30pm at 
the town hall with President Kara Duncan presiding.
    Members present: Kara Duncan, Bill Benson, Robin Berg, and Cheryl Swenson.
Others present: Neil Winterton and Virgill Inglett.

Routine Business:

The agenda was read and approved motion by Berg, 2nd by Benson.
     Minutes of the May meeting were read and approved, motion by Berg, 2nd by Benson.
   Treasurers report was read and approved, motion by Berg, 2nd by Benson.

Claims approved to be paid:

     Menards 31.69 weed and feed, Xcel Energy 257.07 lites, Minnehaha Community Water 25.00 May water, 
    Anderson Publications 434.64 ads, Virgil Inglett 140.00 4x mowing and 25.00 spreading weed and feed, 
    Brian Berg 120.00 4x mowing, Neil Winterton 100.00 4x mowing.

  Old Business:

1 clerk
     2 insurance

Open floor to old business: none

New Business:

1 Bullet alcoholic beverage license approved motion by Berg, 2nd by Benson.
2 People able to run town equipment: Bill Benson, Gerry Karpen, Neil Winterton, Kevin
        Swenson, Lee Ellis and Grant Duncan.
3 Storing pink rock for the county
