The Sherman town board met in a special meeting on June 16, 2011 @6:00 pm with President Lee Ellis presiding.

   

 Ellis called the meeting to order.

 

  1. Discussed how many culverts needed and where--culverts are 10 inches by 20ft and will take about 2 weeks to get here.

  2. Church will reimburse the town for 2 culverts.

  3. Will need 10 culverts @165.60 and 8 bans @ 13.00

 

Duncan made a motion to buy culverts and bans, Ellis 2nd it. Motion passed.

  

Duncan made a motion to adjourn meeting, Benson 2nd it. Meeting adjourned.
