The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall.

Members present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson, Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson

ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the January 6, 2015, meeting were approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Ellis

The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $291.19; park light $19.37; town hall light $60.82; Minnehaha Community Water, Jan. water $35.00; Anderson Publications, Dec.. min. $17.28; Lucas Swenson, 2 hr plowing $24.00; SECOG, 2015 dues $194.00; SDML, insurance $603.00; Palisades Propane, propane $370.64;

OLD BUSINESS:

Petition for 3 year Trustee, need to be in Feb, 27^th 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:

Board of Equalization meeting set for Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. Paper work needs to be in a week before the meeting, March 10, 2015.
