The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall.

Members present: Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson, Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg

Members absent: Lee Ellis

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the February 3, 2015, meeting were approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $306.19; park light $19.72; town hall light $42.12; Minnehaha Community Water, Feb. water $30.00; Palisades Propane, propane $352.99; Jesse James, 29 gal of diesel $72.91; Johns Repair, service call fixed alternator $421.46; MCEDA , 2015 dues $200.00; Robin Berg, 12 binders $22.98;

OLD BUSINESS: Nominating Petition accepted from Bill Benson.

NEW BUSINESS: The 2014 Annual Report was presented to the Board by Berg, Karpen, made a motion to approve the 2014 Annual Report Second by; Benson.

Bids for mowing are now being accepted.

Motion by; Karpen to adjourn, second by Benson,

The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.
