The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall.

Members present: Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson, Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg.

Members absent: Lee Ellis

Karpen called the meeting to order.

Others present: Garrick Moritz.

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

ROUTINE BUSINESS:

Minutes of the October 6, 2015 meeting was approved as read. Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson

The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $268.28 park light $28.98 town hall lights; $18.63; Minnehaha Community Water, Oct. water $30.00; Anderson Publications, Sept. min. $21.46 Ordinance # 2015-1 $84.00 Special meeting Sep. 21, 2015 $9.54; SDPAA, insurance $2,434.51; City of Jasper, spray for mosquitoes x8 $400.00; Dan Hanson, spraying x8 $400.00;

OLD BUSINESS:

New playground Equipment, meeting set for Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at the Bullet.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarm, Motion by; Karpen for 20 alarms Second by; Benson.

NEW BUSINESS:

Bullet Alcoholic Beverage License, Special Hearing date set for Dec. 1, 2015 at 8:00 p.m.
