The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall.

Members present: Lee Ellis Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg.

Ellis called the meeting to order.

Others present: Ellen Karpen.

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the January 5, 2015 meeting was approved as read. Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $276.97 park light $19.09 town hall lights; $60.11; Minnehaha Community Water, Jan. water $30.00; Lucas Swenson, 5 hrs plowing $60.00; Garretson Gazette, Dec. min. $16.98; Palisades Propane, 115.6 gal of propane $103.92;

OLD BUSINESS:

Sunday, February 21, 11:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M. serving Spaghetti, Breadsticks & Dessert, Free Will Offering, First Lutheran Church. Also a drawing following the Porker Run July 30^th at The Bullet-$500.00 1^st and $250.00 2^nd, ticket are 1 for $10.00 or 3 for $20.00. Next meeting set for Feb 14 at 4:00 p.m. and Feb 28, at 4:00.
