The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall.

Members present: Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg.

Members absent: Lee Ellis.

Karpen called the meeting to order.

Others present: Ellen Karpen.

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, second by; Benson.

ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the April 5, 2015 meeting was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, Second by; Benson.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $265.24 park light $18.49 town hall lights; $38.36; Minnehaha Community Water, April water $30.00; Garretson Gazette, March. min. $25.20, notice of equalization $16.11, annual report $84.00, equalization min. $15.46; Bill Benson, 2x mowing $80.00; Clay Bonte, 1x mowing $35.00; Darrin Trower,1x mowing $40.00; Robin Berg, 3x mowing $90.00, stamps for park, $47.00;

OLD BUSINESS: Playground Equipment- A report was presented to the Board by Swenson.

Motion by; Benson to appoint Gerry Karpen, for one year trim Trustee, second by; Karpen. Berg asked for vote 2 yes 0 no motion carried.

Spraying Mosquitoes, planning to start spraying in two weeks. More info to come.

NEW BUSINESS: Risk Mitigation/Tabled

Bullet Beverage License, June 7, 2016 at 8:00 p.m.

Gerry Karpen was Sworn in as Trustee.

Appoint Board President/Tabled.

Motion by; Karpen to adjourn, second by Benson,
