The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday March 3, 2020 @ 7:30pm.

Members Present: Darrin Trower, Gerry Karpen and Cheryl Swenson.

Absent: Lee Ellis

Others Present: Trase Fisher

Karpen called the meeting to order.

Routine Business:

Approval of the agenda- motion by Karpen to approval the agenda, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes

Minutes of the February 4,2020 meeting were read—Karpen made a motion to approve the minutes as read, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes.

The Treasurers report was read—Karpen made a motion to approve the Treasurers report as read, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes

Claims Approved to be paid:

Minnehaha Community Water $30.00 water, Garretson Gazette $24.94 for Jan minutes, $10.35 notice of vacancy, Palisades Propane $257.56 propane, Xcel Energy $282.50 street lights, $28.54 park lights, $62.08 town hall lights, Lucas Swenson $26.00 2hrs plowing, Grant Duncan $33.54 parts for chimney.

Old Business:

1. Petitions- only received one petition and that was from Lee Ellis- no election will be held.

2. Equalization meeting is March 17 @ 7:30 pm. Appeals need to be handed in to the town clerk by March 12.

New Business:

1. Annual Report- Swenson presented the Annual Report, Karpen made a motion to accept the Annual Report, 2^nd by Trower. All ayes

2. Mowing Bids-Accepting mowing bids on Strom Park, Tiger Park, Town Hall and roadway. Bids need to be in by the April 7, 2020 meeting. Can obtain a mowing bid sheet from the town clerk.

Karpen made a motion to adjourn meeting, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes
